The answer for this question is impossible if we don't ask: what is the happiness? And if we find this answer, we should find the next, for question: what is the most important in our life?
It is the key to happiness.
Relationships are very important part of our life. The man is social human. Thus relationship is our elementary desire. You can disagree with this thesis, but you imagine your life without other people.
Scientists say married people tended to be the happiest of all and people who live alone tended to be least happy. The life serves examples: people in love tell about themself 'the happiest people in the world'. And the next example: children from children's home are definitely unhappy. If someone want to adopt them, they start to fight for love. Thus, they need love like the air.
But not only love makes us happy. Friendship is identically important. This relationship guarantees safety and cuold be a source of mental and emotional growth.
You couldn't feel happy if you don't like yourself. Maslow said the healthy man is man who recognizes oneself and who like be yourself. If somebody doesn't tollerant his life, he concentrates on his problems and he doesn't see other people and - it's the most important - he has a negative perception of the world. So if you want to be happy, you should accept you and concentrate on your adventages. Wear pink glesses!
Money and work
'Money don't have hapiness'. It's true (and slogan morover), but money help to
fulfil dreams -it definitely makes people happy. But I see one serious risk: if somebody forget
about his dreams and the money become the aim, not the mode.
Work ties in success. People are happier when they are successfully doing something that absorbs them and challenges their skills. In fact unemployment is one of the greatest causes of feeling bad.
Nowadays more people see that work for another is source of happiness. Somebody does volunteer work tend to be happier than somebody in paid work. Maybe therefore he is more connected to his community...
'The man who is health is happier than somebody who is ill.' I don't know it's true. Sometimes disableds are jollier than people completely ablebodied. I yhink happiness has source in our mind, not in our body.
And what do you think?
According scientists religion is important reason of our wellbeing. They point
'1. Believers tend to be part of gropus with strong relationships, and may be committed to more altruistic behaviour.
2. Generally, religious faith gives people peace, hope and sense of purpose, all of whih are very important for happiness.
3. Studies show that one of the greatest keys to long term happiness is going beyond ourselves and our pleasures to give ourselves in the srevice of something that we belive is
more important than we are.'
Are you feel happy? Why yes or why not?
